Lead Pizza Chef
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Pizza Chef to head our kitchen operations. As the creative backbone of Jet's pizza, you'll craft signature pies, train junior staff, and maintain the bold flavor standards our customers love. This is your chance to leave your mark on New York's pizza scene.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional pizza or Italian kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, sauce-making, and wood-fired techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team under high-volume pressure
- Food Handler Certification required; NYC Food Protection Certificate preferred
Delivery Driver
Be the face of Jet's pizza on the streets of New York. Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for getting hot, fresh pizzas to our customers quickly and safely. You'll enjoy flexible hours, competitive tips, and the satisfaction of making every delivery count. If you know New York like the back of your hand, this role is for you.
Key Requirements:
- Valid driver's license or NYC bicycle delivery experience
- Knowledge of Manhattan streets and neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation (car, e-bike, or scooter)

Customer Service Associate
As a Customer Service Associate at Jet's pizza, you're the first and last impression every customer gets. You'll handle orders with a smile, manage in-store customer interactions, resolve concerns quickly, and help create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps New Yorkers coming back for more.
Key Requirements:
- 1+ year in customer-facing hospitality or retail role
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged to apply
Restaurant Manager
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, guide our team to peak performance, and uphold the quality and culture that define Jet's pizza. You'll oversee staffing, inventory, customer satisfaction, and profitability — making every service seamless and every guest experience outstanding.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and team development skills
- Proficiency in P&L management, inventory control, and cost analysis
- NYC Food Protection Certificate required
Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Help us tell the Jet's pizza story online. As our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, you'll create compelling content, manage our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, run targeted campaigns, and drive engagement with the NYC pizza community. Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of social media management or digital marketing experience
- Strong copywriting, photography/video editing, and design skills
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics platforms
